open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the
shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard
boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the
shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if
you see visible issues on the box.

We appreciate any feedback as well as it can help us to avoid a repeat of

Limitations:

It is very important that you report any problems to our support team
before using the doll. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are not able to
replace or refund any item which has been used by the customer.

Furthermore, we will not cover the following: 

Skin imperfections – as each doll is hand crafted, there may be very
small differences in the skin from one doll to the next. These are completely
normal and doll owners usually refer to these as “characteristics” which give
their doll a unique feel. Although any major defects are found during our
quality control inspection, if you discover anything we may have missed, please
let us know.

Nails – as nails are loosely adhered to the skin to allow each
customer to remove, paint and re-attach, we cannot cover loose nails as they

Make-up – each dolls make-up is applied by hand, this means that
very slight differences in make-up are completely normal. However, should you
find a major problem, please do let us know.

3. Use & Maintenance

A) Doll Care & Maintenance. How to clean?
    Firstly, dip the sponge or towel into the warm water and then use it to wipe the doll’s surface gently. If there is dirt or smears sticking to the surface, please wipe it with soapy water and do not dab it forcibly. When one is wiping the surface, please don’t use corrosive cleanser such as strong acid and alkali solution, powerful disinfection solution and detergent, etc. Soap, liquid laundry detergent, liquid shampoo, shower gel or mild detergent can be best for cleaning. After the surface is dry, put bath powder or talcum powder on the doll. Baby powder is recommended. The maintenance intervals differ according to the service status and storage environment.  M) How do I repair my doll?

    Should the doll’s surface become scratched, cut or poked, please use TPE glue to seal. (Due to customs restrictions, it is recommended to buy it at the local store.) Clean the damaged area with makeup remover before gluing. Make sure the affected surface is not in tension when applying TPE glue. Curing time is approximately half an hour.

 N) How long will a sex doll last?

F) Can the standing foot wear high heel shoes?

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please email (sales@greatsss.com) us to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

This Limited Warranty Covers

Products that arrived defective. This includes:
-Products with improperly functioning electronic components.
-Products with sticking or improperly functioning buttons.
-Products with visible damage caused during the manufacturing process.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

-Buyers remorse, regretting a purchase, wanting to exchange for an alternative product. 

-Damage, modification or mistreatment from the end user. This includes: Water damage to electronic toys that do not state they are water proof. Products that have been taken apart. Products that were ripped, stabbed, or otherwise forcefully damaged. etc. 

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Once the order is processed and shipped we cannot make any changes to the address. In most cases, if the order cannot be delivered due to an address error, the parcel will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and can NOT be shipped back out.

Discreet shipping is important to many of us.

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. Your doll will be labeled “mannequin”. There will be no information indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
